Poor performance in Bulembia division in Kasese Municipality has been blamed on laziness of the teachers.
Speaking to our reporter in Kasese town yesterday, the Kasese Municipal Male councilor representing Katiri Ward said he could not believe the poor performance particularly in government aided schools whose teachers do not do more than registering for duty daily.
