Mr. Ernest Thabugha, the Kasese District Education officer has urged teachers to implement vernacular literacy.
In an interview with our reporter before officiating at a graduation ceremony for nursery section to primary level for Kasese Town School in Nyamwamba Division in Kasese Municipality yesterday, Mr. Thabugha who called for good parenting said the public must appreciate their cultures and engage young children in promoting positive social norms for the future.
