The Kasese Deputy RDC, Mr. Joshua Masereka has revealed that the suspects associated with possession of illegal guns will be charged with terrorism now that intelligence information has indicated that the ADF ruminants were selling arms to regain financial muscle.
Addressing the Press at his office in Kasese town, Mr. Joshua who said that some of the recovered military hardware was from prison escapees called for calm among community members whom he asked to voluntarily give information that could lead to apprehension of un lawful elements.

Mr. Joshua who said to have a minimum 1.5 million shillings was enough for one to purchase a gun from suspected ADF marketers warned the owners of illegal guns to hand them over to government that is using high levels of intelligence to arrest the dealers.
He also asked the local population to give vital information to bring to book poachers whose guns were being turned against life whenever they fail out on their pray. Mr. Joshua speaking…..
He used the same opportunity to inform the people of Kasese that meanwhile his office was waiting for more details about recruitment in the police forces soon, he has so far received about 500 applications for only sixty slots needed for the Kasese quota. END
