The local leadership in Munkunyu subcounty in Kasese district has handed to Police for investigation a suspected rapist in the area.
Hon. Expedito Kapirirpiri Bamuturaki, the Munkunyu subcounty councilor representing Katsungiro parish confirmed saying that Mr. Gerald Kipapaya, the suspect reportedly kick broke into the 50 year old woman`s house before reportedly raping her.
Mr. Kapiripiri who says that the suspected was later handed over to police indicate that that the local residents were only alerted by the alarm made by victim whose identity will not be published to avoid traumatizing her. Hon. Kapiripiri with details…………
