    Suspected perpetual thief arrested with ducks in Kinyateke

    Local leaders in Kinyateke village Kahokya subcounty in Kasese district have arrested yet another suspected perpetual thief with reported stolen ducks.

    Mr. Wilson Bamukoroga, the area local council one chair said Mr. Johnson Bwambale 30, hailing from the same area but residing in Lake Katwe subcounty, was arrested for allegedly stealing more than seven ducks belonging one Mr. Friday Katutura.

    The Kahokya subcounty local council three Chairperson, Mr. Nyesio Byamutima partly attributed increased theft cases in the in area to the fluctuating and un attractive prices of the massively grown vanilla crop that employed many whose mindset need to be changed positively.

    He also called for hard work and expenditure within their means so as to copy up with the current hard economic situations. END.
