    Suspected killer for Kitswamba vice LC1 has been arrested.

    Mr. Tom Kagaba Baluku, the suspected killer of Justus Hakuna Tatizo, the Vice Chairperson for Kitswamba one cell in Kitswamba town council, has been arrested.

    The late Hakuna Tatizo was last Sunday reportedly punched before being hit with a suspected hard object the deceased later succumbed to at Rwesande health center four.

    No official comment yet from police but Mr. John Wakighoma, the local council three Chairperson for Kitswamba town council in Kasese district confirmed the information that Mr. Kagaba Baluku, the suspected killer was arrested in Kakabara in Kyegegwa district.

    He said the suspect is detained by Kyegegwa police station waiting to be transported to Kasese today for trial. Mr. Wakighoma speaking1……

    When asked about reports reconciliation and forgiveness by the two families about the incident, Mr. Wakighoma said capital offences are not determined by families but legal matter tried by courts of law.
