Rt. Rev. Francis Aquirinus Kibira Kambale, the Ordinary of the Diocese of Kasese has asked aspiring political candidates to surrender their victory to God than spreading hate speeches and pledging falsehoods to the local population.
In his homily while presiding over Holy Mass at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church-Kamulikwizi in Kidodo Pastoral Center where he blessed the Grotto of St. Jude Thaddeus and confirming over 200 Christians yesterday, Bishop Kibira said the remaining days look seas to some political contestants he however asked to calm down, talk the truth and leave the rest to Christ who will be borne to them.
