A section of Boda-boda raiders in Bukonzo County East, has asked the NUP MP aspirant in the area, Mr. Cleous Bwambale to consider empowering them should he assume the seat as their legislator from the 2026 general elections.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio during the candidate’s political procession in Nyakatonzi, Munkunyu, Kisinga and greater Kyalhumba in Kasese district after his nomination yesterday, Mr. Ibrahim Mbusa from Kinyamaseka town council, Mr. Fred Mbaka of Munkunyu subcounty and Mr. Brian Muhindo of Kighenge in Kitabu subcounty, were among commercial riders who asked Mr. Cleous for financial empowerment programs, like acquiring motorcycles on loan, to benefit them.
