Kasese District Education officer, Mr. George Mayinja has warned students against indulging into acts of indiscipline that have largely frustrated their academics.
The disappointed looking Mr. Mayinja blames some parents whom he said do little to tame their children during holidays, a situation he said turns against teachers when schools open.
