A Primary one pupil at Nyamwamba Primary school in Kasese Municipality is said to have collapsed over hunger during an end of third term examination, causing fear among the school staff and leaners.
Mdm. Irene Muhindo, the school head teacher confirmed the incident and said they later discovered the situation could have been caused by hunger after allegations by the victim’s siblings that they had not had any meal for two days.
Mdm. Irene who called for the intervention of Good Samaritans to save the six needy children, said the revelation seemed to have been true after the victim picked consciousness after being fed on tea they hurriedly boiled and later food. Ms. Irene speaking1……
