Mr. Baramu Baluku, an educationist and a National Resistance Movement mobilizer has launched his political campaigns for the Central Division seat with plans for discriminative taxation to cater for the low income earners.
During his launch and address to his mobilizers at Verina gardens in Kasese Municipality ahead of NRM primary elections scheduled for July yesterday, Mr. Baramu who blame business challenges to what he called indiscriminative taxation methods, plans to reward developers with clean premises to enhance herbage collection strategies and skill street kids for better living conditions than keeping them a liability and a security threat to the community.
