Mr. David Kalemeko, the Chairperson Local Council One Karambi village in Karambi sub-county has called upon local leaders to engage people in developmental projects by initiating programs that would transform their lives.
He also warned leaders against campaigns that affect development and promote disunity, which he said breed disharmony and conflict.
