SP Luke Mbusa, the Rwenzori East Regional Police Liaison Officer has warned local community members against mob justice he said was illegal and punishable by law because it contradicts fair trial of suspects.
SP Mbusa’s warning followed statements made by some callers during an interactive Sunday show, ‘’traffic and road safety program,’’ moderated by DJ Eye that partly blamed mob justice to police that releases suspects under what they called suspicious circumstances.
