St. Mark Railway Church of Uganda in South Rwenzori Diocese is to temporarily operate under the direct supervision of Bishop, Kasese Guide Radio can reliably report.
Just last Sunday, about fifty Christians stormed the office of Bishop Nason Baluku to express their dissatisfaction over reports that their Lay reader, Mr. David Kachope had reportedly asked for transfer over pressures from those they call some selfish members of the executive committee who fabricated reports to fail the man of God over his financial reforms he intended to create transparence in the expenditure of the hard earned money collected by the poor local Christians.
In a meeting at the Church later yesterday, Rev. Conon Josephat Bwalhuma, the Bishop’s Commissary told a well-attended meeting of Christians that the Bishop was directly in charge of their Church as a lasting solution is being thought of. Rev. Can. Bwalhuma speaking….
Team leader, Mr. Moses Baluku who had led the Christians to the Bishop’s office last Sunday, said he was happy with the decision he prayed should be implemented alongside the suspension of the current Church executive committee. Mr. Moses speaking……..

Kasese Guide Radio wishes a peaceful solution to the matter that the Holy Spirit should reign over. END
