St. Johns Minor Seminary in Kasese district has emerged the best in the Kampala Integrated secondary school Examinations Bureau Mock Exams, Mr. Enoch Mugabe, the Examination Bureau Coordinator for Western region has revealed.
Mr. Mugabe who doubles as the head teacher for Rwenzori High school in Kasese said whereas the papers seemed to other learners, St. John`s Seminarians had done very well, beating other schools in Kampala, Eastern and Western regions among others.
Mr. Mugabe who did not give details per student`s performance commended the Seminary administration and learners for the input that will help the Catholic established institution to deal with this year`s national examinations. Mr. Enock speaking………
The Chairperson for Private secondary schools in Kasese district who is also the head teacher for Citizens Secondary school, Mr. Allan Muhindo said the mock examination performance had indicated no much improvement on the quality and quantity of first grades but optimistic that they will guide the schools in the district on how to fill the gaps ahead of national examinations.
