SP. Wilfred Bagenda, the DPC for Kasese Division in Rwenzori East Region, has threatened to arrest Mr. Robert Kaliste should he continue impersonating as a security operative in Kasese Municipality.
SP.Bagenda clarified that Kaliste does not belong to any security circle in Uganda, but well known as a civilian, who is expected to become law abiding like any other Ugandan while executing his personal duties.
