    Some teachers are sexually assaulting learners-Hon. Eve Biira says.

    Meanwhile, the Kasese district female councilor representing Maliba subcounty and Mubuku town council, Hon. Eve Biira has called for tougher disciplinary action to some teachers she says have turned around and involved their learners into sexual relations than guiding them on matters of academics and good morals during the lock down.

    Speaking to this radio this week, Hon. Eve alleges that whereas irresponsible men have impregnated a number of school going young girls, some teachers disguising as guides to young girls have instead turned round against and relating to them sexually.

    She called for responsible parenting and touchable plans to have young school dropouts especially mothers skilled for purposes of being self-reliant. Hon. Eves speaking……
