Kasese district has supplied fertilizers to some selected farmers under a strategic approach to improve production for food security and neutralize the increasing cases of malnutrition among children.
The Kasese district Secretary Production, Marketing and Natural resources, Hon. Hamu Natuhwera told Kasese guide radio that the recent supplies was the latest batch into strategies aimed at neutralizing food insecurity and malnutrition challenges in the district.
He said they had earlier supplied rabbits for multiplication, fish handling facility in Kasenyi and piglets this financial year to improve production and living conditions of the beneficiaries. Hon. Hamu speaking1……
