    Some Boda-boda riders in Kasese Municipality have returned to their homes with arms around their necks after failing to benefit from One and half tones of maize flour given to their associations.

    In a related development, some Boda-boda riders in Kasese Municipality have returned to their homes with arms around their necks after failing to benefit from One and half tones of maize flour given to their associations due to the supplies` low quantities.

    One of the Boda-boda riders, Mr.Yofesi Mumbere from  Base camp Golf course stage wondered how he would reach his family empty hands before speculating that some selfish people who impersonated bodo-boda riders. Mr. Yofesi speaking………

    The Chairperson for Boda-boda riders in Kasese district Mr. Alhamed A min who hailed RDC for the relief but said out of over two thousand Boda-boda rides in Kasese Municipality alone, over three hundred benefited.

    The Deputy RDC Kasese district Mr. Joshua Masereka said they give food according to the lists submitted by the riders` leaders before asking them to go by the health guidelines against the virus. Mr. Joshua one ………

    Mean while Action for community development ACODEV has also donated relief worthy ten million shillings to Kasese district COVID 19 task force with a call on the taskforce to prioritize the needy people including widows as a result of HIV and all vulnerable categories.

    Earlier, the Relief the Chairperson Board for ACODEV Mr. Joshua Mugenyi handed over posho, soap and jik on top of fuel at Shell Kasese to assist in fighting the virus on grounds that their organization believes in a health free community. Mr. Mugenyi speaking………..

    The Kasese Deputy RDC, Mr. Joshua Masereka hailed ACODEV for the relief items to the needy. END
