Skyz Bar & Lounge proprietor’s charges dismissed in court

Kasese Chief Magistrate’s court also dismissed all the two charges against the Manager of Skyz Bar and Lounge, Mr. Bernard Charlese.

Court heard that on 31^st, January, 2024 while at Kasese Central Police station, Mr. Benerd Chance reportedly attempted to Knock Ms. Gladys Ainebyona Nandejje using his Private Car Reg Number. UBD 043A Mercedes Benz.

Court also heard that in 2023 while at Skyz Bar and Lounge the accused reportedly destroyed properties of Amudan Mugerwa a road side Vendor.

While Delivering her Ruling Her worship Betty Ajok said now that state Prosecution had failed to produce witnesses Mr. Benerd Chance was set free.

Speaking to Our Reporter shortly after the ruling the Defense lawyer, Counsel Mishele Geoffrey hailed court for the decision he said was right to suspend the case after the state failed to produce witnesses.
