The former Busongora County South legislator who said only two applicants; Mr. Abubakar Kule Asuman and Ms Lillian Kisembo qualified for town clerk interviews, agreed that some civil servants could not qualify for promotions the fact that they had been in the positions for a limited time. He called for calm among the local community members, some of whom were being diverted by what he called selfish politics aimed at causing unnecessary psychological tension.
Earlier, the hotly contested seat for Principle Assistant Secretary was between Mr. Kikusa Mustafa who was acting the position and Mr. Dan Biryande. END.
