National Resistance Movement flag seekers for the Busongora County South MP seat yesterday have completed their joint political campaign in Buhaghura village in Rukoki Subcounty with pledges for improved service delivery.

Mr. Aminadabu Muhindo, a former Resident District Commissioner has earlier pledged to lobby for water and health center threes he said were frustrating service delivery in many subcounties in the constituency.
