Mr. Ernest Thabugha, the acting Kasese District Education Officer has issued a directive stopping schools from throwing out fees defaulters out of the examination rooms as the Uganda National Examinations Board kicks off today.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio this evening shortly after monitoring UNEB exams, Mr. Thabugha said the S.4 exams kicked off successfully in various centers in Kasese district.
