A 13 year old minor is alleged to have been raped by a security officer in the River valley of Lhubiriha in Kisanga Village, Karambi sub-county, Kasese district.
No official comment yet from police but the district councilor representing Karambi sub-county, Hon.Charles Kaliba confirmed the information and identified the suspect as Mr. Lomilo Pantaleo, who reportedly raped the minor as she went to fetch water on Friday.
