A section of NRM members from Muhokya Town Council in Kasese district has formed a new group dubbed “National Resistance Movement no Nonsense Group” purposely to advocate for effective service delivery in the area.
The group members say they are ready to look for votes and support any leader who might seem competent to ably represent them to address a number of challenges that they are facing in the area.
Mr. Godfrey Bagambe Barozi, the Group’s Acting Chairperson reveals that they decided to form the association after realizing that for long, the leaders in the NRM party were doing little to address their challenges.
According to him, despite supporting the NRM party wholesomely, their issues including the need to elevate Muhokya Health Centre III to a health Centre IV status has never been worked upon even when the President made a pledge to them.
Other are, Muhokya Parents Secondary School to be grant aided by Government, construction of classrooms at Muhokya Primary School as well as solving the long standing land conflicts between UWA boundaries and the community.Mr. Barozi on New group.…

Yesterday, the NRM director for communication, Emmanuel Dombo assured the people of Kasese that the ruling party is ready to fulfill all pledges it made if the party candidate is elected to parliament in the forthcoming Busongora South by-election. ND.
