Mr. Seith Ahebwa, the Principal Education Officer for Kasese Municipality, has urged school proprietors to establish boarding facilities that meet the recommended standards or upgrade existing ones to comply with the Ministry of Education and sports.
This call is in response to the growing need for more structured learning environments, improved living conditions for students, and adequate care for vulnerable learners.
