Lt. Maate Magwara, the Deputy RDC Kasese district in charge of Bukonzo County has warned school foundation board against aiding head teachers to solicit development fee.
Maate alleged that foundation board of primary and secondary schools have made resolutions without consulting parents and guardians, later direct head teachers to implement, a reason to why some head teachers have been arrested.
