Mr. Doviko Thembo, the chairperson local council three for Kisinga town council in Kasese district has said the fight against the sale of Sanga meat has been frustrated by the law enforcement officers.
Doviko alleged that law enforcement officers have connived with Sanga meat dealers in Kisinga town council who reportedly give bribes and free meat to protect their business.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio shortly after council session held at the town council hall yesterday, Doviko called for collaborated effort among various stakeholders to have his elective area declared free from the sale of Sanga Meat, which he described as unhygienic.
