Parents have been encouraged to sacrifice their children to God in fulfillment of the vows made during the sacrament of Baptism.
In his homily while presiding over Holy Mass at Kisanga Roman Catholic Church on the feast of presentation of the lord, Rev. Fr. Job Syathamira, of the Diocese of Kasese asked Christians to emulate the Holy family of Joseph and Mary who sacrificed their only begotten child Jesus Christ to die for our sins.
He warned children against immoral behavior, urging them to become disciplined, focus on Education and join different church movements.
