Mr. Ernest Thabugha, the Kasese District Education Officer has asked the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education and Sports to expedite the process of appointing a head teacher and Deputy at Saad Memorial Secondary school in Kisinga sub-county.

Mr. Thabugha however asked the acting head teacher to make a duty roaster for the daily operations of the school as they wait for the Permanent secretary’s response. When our reporter visited the school yesterday he observed that atheist five hundred girls residing in the girl’s hostel were reportedly sharing a three stance Pit latrine, therefore calling for the intervention of the education department to construct more Pit latrines to guarantee health and sanitation of learners.
