The Chieftains’ Forum of the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu has asked Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere Iremangoma to sanction their quarterly meetings as part of the cultural institutions rebranding.
In their report read by the chairperson Mr. Uziah Kibingo Wanzabalere on Friday(05th.April.2024) to the King during their visit to Kamaiba Royal Palace in Kasese town, they told Mumbere that they seem to have been disrespected by the community members when it comes to the implementation of their work in their respective Chiefdoms, appealing to the King to grant them all their authority to do their distinguished roles, especially while trying to resolve land disputes across the entire kingdom. About the land disputes, the King noted that he was concerned about such issues he said were on an increase in his Kingdom.
He pledged to table the matter to the top leadership of the country for an immediate solution. Omusinga speaking….
