Local participants in the Tusker Lite Rwenzori Marathon competition in Kasese, call for political interventions that would see their talents promoted to international levels.
Speaking to the media at Uhuru 5O Gardens in Kasese Municipality yesterday, Mr. Godfrey Sunday the vice chairperson for Kasese sports association, Mr. Amon Kibaba, a resident of Kihara Ward and Ms Eva Masika of Basecamp Lower among other sports lovers and participants, said lack of enough training inputs, facilities like camps, and kits frustrate their morale as witnessed in last weekend’s Tusker Lite Rwenzori Marathon.
