Mr. Jafali Kigutiha, the area Local council one chairperson for Basecamp lower cell in Kasese Municipality is calling for police investigations under which a rotten arm of unidentified person was discovered this morning floating on River Nyamwamba.
Kigutiha alleged that the rotten arm could have been swept away from the grave by the recent devastated floods, appealing to the local community staying along the River Banks to check the graves of their loved ones. Mr. Kigutiha speaking…..
