Road gangs contracted for road works in Kasese district reportedly stormed the office of the district Chairperson, Mr. Erifaz Muhindi over alleged unpaid allowances, Kasese guide radio has learnt.
Mr. Expedito Muhindo, a headman like his other road gangs said their intentions was to jointly demand for their delayed allowances tolling to about two hundred million shillings said to have reportedly been blocked by the district chairperson.
