Kasese District Chairperson Mr.Erifaz Muhindi has revealed that those found vandalizing road infrastructure will face tough penalties.
Muhindi said the road act 2019 endorsed is intended to ensure safety of road users and well as deal with cases of encroachment of road reserves and improve on road network.
