A section of residents in Kitholhu Sub-County Kasese district have described the ongoing rehabilitation works of eight kilometer community access road in the area as achievement by Government that should not be underrated.
The community access road connect Kitholhu trading centre to Bulemera village, bordering DR-Congo.
