Water of the River Nyamwamba yesterday(28 June 2020), threatening lives in Kanyangeya Ward in Kasese Municipality.
Speaking to Our reporter shortly after community work by the local residents of Kanyangeya main cell in Kasese Municipality, the area local council one chairperson, Mr. Deo Isemamba was scared now that the river channel had been filled with sand and stones, it is easy for the river water to find her way in the community.
Mr. Isemamba like Mr. James Kamuhanda and others proposes a plan that would see the river channel dislited if the local community was to be safe. Mr.Isemamba speaking1………..
Earlier, some health workers of Kilembe mines Hospital and others were reportedly held up for some hours after flooding water in Kilembe coudnt allow them to cross for duty in Kasese. END.
