Rev. Misaki Bulemu, a clergy man in South Rwenzori Diocese has expressed concern over the increasing cases of environmental degradation which he said would call for more regrets in future.
In his sermon during requiem service for Desmond Masereka, a local resident of Besenia cell Nyakabingo II Ward Central division Kasese municipality who was reportedly suffocated by smoke from a burning stove yesterday, Rev. Misaki called for practical plans that would see more trees planted and protected from degraders.
Rev. Misaki who is also the Deputy Head Teacher for Bwera secondary school described the deceased, a senior two student at his school, as a disciplined young man before calling for a reversal of harsh actions on environment before it’s too late. Rev. Misaki speaking……
