By Peter Masereka,
Rev. Fr. Joseph Tumusiime, the St. Yohana Maria Mzee Nyakahya Model Parish Priest has asked Christians against hypocrisy but rather their good actions should reflect exactly what they are if they were to be blessed.
He said it was a sin for a believer in Christ to spice up his actions but keep otherwise in the way he thinks about others.
Fr. Tumusiime who called for hard work and love for God among Christians, reminded God’s people about the strength of love, hope and faith which he said were key pillars of Christianity.
In His homily while presiding over Holy Mass which was joined by the friends of the Parish, the Kasese Guide Radio staff, at the Parish Church, Fr. Tumusiime who preached vastly against witchcraft, argued Christians against pretense that presents them holy before the world but ‘dirty’ before the Holy Throne. Fr. Tumusiime speaking1…….

Using the day’s gospel about the ten but five of them foolish wedding who is also the diocesan Youth chaplain, asked Christians to maintain their light to give guidance to the world than living unbothered like the five fools who did not have enough fuel that would keep their lights on at the wedding party. The Station Manager, Kasese Guide Radio Mr. Roger Muzigiti Bwambale appreciated the Christians in the Parish for the unity and hard work, saying the visit by Kasese Guide Radio staff was to cement their relationship with Parishes in the Diocese of Kasese, including Nyakahya. END
