Rev. Fr. Job Syathamira, the Curate for Kasese Cathedral Parish in the Diocese of Kasese has described family as a unit of sinners where the father is the chairman, wife his assistant, children coming on board as committee members who must live to share challenges and guide one another to receive the mercies of God.
He said family heads and members must accept that they were sinners but through their joint strength under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, are winners against the forces of Satan.
In his Holy while Presiding over the Holy Matrimonial Mass for Mzee Pasikali Idembe Bwambale 73 and his wife Susana Masika at Bukangara parish Church yesterday, Rev. Fr. Syathamira later called for faithfulness and openness, saying prolonged anger among silent but internally burning individual spouses was the reason for failing marriages.
