Merely One week to the Easter Celebration, The rector for Kasese Cathedral Parish Rev. Fr. Joseph Kirungi has encouraged believers in Christ to be more playful, calm and strong in faith if they are to have the everlasting life.

Presiding over a homily this morning at Kasese Guide Radio, Fr. Kirungi asked Christians to emulate the Biblical Ibrahim whom he said trusted in God for the rest of his life and because of his faith he was named the grandfather of all Christians.

The Man of God said in this difficult time as the world is battling with Covid-19, Christians are asked to do more with prayers and asked for God’s mercy and forgiveness for the world to be saved.

The Rector said believers shouldn’t fair death instead work for the life everlasting in doing good deeds, love for one another and helping the less privilege among others. Fr. Kirungi speaking…….

He further called on believers to prepare their lives for the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  END
