The body of one of the first three Baptist Union Uganda Evangelists and co-founders, has been laid to rest at Kiburara Western Baptist Theological College in Kamuruli, Kisinga subcounty in Kasese district.
Addressing mourners during requiem service at the college premises yesterday, the Baptist Union of Uganda President, Pr. Abel Segirinya, who described the late Pr. Andereya Luboono as a true committed servant of God, asked mourners to trust in the Lord, the decision maker of their lives and future. Pr. Segirinya speaking……
Speaking to our reporter shortly after the burial, the theological college’s first director, Rev Faustine Mundualamira, described the deceased as a fountain of unity, reconciliation, hard work, love and perseverance among their Church servants, looking at the high levels of persecution he and other foreign evangelists passed through in the DRC and Uganda in the 60s and seventies.
