Mr. Ashraf Muhindo, the Vice chairperson Local council one for Kabuyiri one cell in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council, has called for total support and respect to local leaders if they were to deliver.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio at his office yesterday, Mr. Ashraf blamed poor service delivery to a weak relationship between the community members and their leaders; developing into bias and disrespect that translate into top-bottom decisions that frustrate the locals’ efforts to contribute.
In a similar manner, Mr. Arafat attributed family frictions to power struggles and disrespect that sometimes force some family members to act beyond their boundaries. Mr. Ashraf speaking……
He had however asked local leaders to work in the expectations of their electorates than acting selfishly to satisfy their individual interests. Earlier, Mr. Ashraf, cautioned the local community against empty and biased political talk but own government programs for food security and improved incomes. END
