The Regional Community liaisons officer SP Luka Mbusa has threatened to arrest people allegedly failing the new leadership of Muhokya Mini- irrigation scheme in Kasese district.
The Mini-irrigation scheme has been operating under disputes reportedly caused by the old leadership who claim that the recently held elections for the new leadership was marred by irregulaties.
