Hon. Herbert Bwambale, the Kasese Municipal secretary for social services has urged Nyakatonzi Cooperative union to recruit qualified youth into administrative positions, without which the union would continue to deteriorate.
Herbert wondered why the union established in 1975 still maintains the same leadership forty nine years back when the union is currently establishing primary societies in Rwenzori sub-region.
Addressing corporators of Nyakatonzi Cooperative union during their 66th Annual General meeting held yesterday at the union headquarters in Kasese town, Herbert asked corporators to recruit their children into primary societies for the sustainability of the union.
