The Chairperson Board of Governors Citizen Education trust in Kidodo cell, Kasese Municipality Mr. Josia Kambale Kipura calls for punishment to irresponsible parents who leave the entire responsibility of their children in the hands of teachers.
He said they should also be punished for not attending school meetings and supporting their children in their education journey.
