Lt. Joe Walunsimbi, the Kasese Resident District Commissioner has pledged to engage relevant officers over what he called the un expected cracks on the Hima-Katunguru highway.
He was concerned that the road was developing heavy cracks before completion, a situation he described as disappointing to Ugandans.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio in his office yesterday, Lt. Walunsimbi who asks the supervising Engineer to be held responsible for poor work said he was consulting closely about the crack on the road around Muhokya town council in Kasese district for a solution.

He said whereas he had reported the matter to his relevant channels of reporting, the situation was a pity to the contractor who should have been well scrutinized before being give this big task on a busier highway. Lt. Walunsimbi speaking 2……
