Social challenges have been regular complaints in the different vulnerable groups that need collaborated effort among organizations to have the rights of persons living with disabilities addressed.
Ms. Dinah Mulhumbira, the Chairperson Kasese District Women with Disability urged program managers to design empowerment projects meant to benefit the youth but also sensitize them about the likely challenges.
Speaking at a one day PWDS training held in Verina gardens in Kasese town last evening organized by KADIWODI, Ms. Dinah noted that Persons living with disabilities face diversionary environment after being empowered which eventually affect their lives.
