    Pupils from Ebenezer Nursery and primary school in Nyamwamba division Kasese missed two days without studying

    Three Pupils from Ebenezer Nursery and primary school in Nyamwamba division Kasese Municipality have this afternoon stormed the office of the Kasese deputy RDC Mr. Joshua Masereka, on allegation of missing two days without studying.

    Speaking to Kasese guide radio shortly after reporting their grievances to the RDC,s office, the seemingly disappointed pupils said their teachers report for duty but opt sitting in the school compound without attending to the pupils. Pupils at RDC office……

    Ms. Edith Kyalisima the head teacher Ebenezer Nursery and primary school confirmed to this radio about the decision of the learners which she said was forced by teachers currently on a sit down strike over the alleged failure by the school to clear their salary and allowance arrears.

    The Deputy RDC Kasese district Mr. Joshua Masereka has directed the school director, Pastor Samson Mwesige and the Head teacher Edith to hand themselves to Police tomorrow morning and record statements over the allegations or else will be arrested.Mr. Joshua on minors….

    Efforts to get a comment from the school director were futile by press time as his known MTN number was not available. END
