Rt. Rev. Joseph Guiseppe Franzelli, the Bishop Chairman for Social Communications Commission of the Uganda Episcopal Conference has argued Christians to take good care of the Mother earth or else they repeat the mistakes of God’s first Creatures, Adam and Eve.
The fall of man comes from a biblical interpretation of Genesis, chapters 1–3 where at first, Adam and Eve lived with God in the Garden of Eden, but because of pride, the serpent tempted them and acted against the Will of the Creator.
During a social media interview yesterday, Rt. Rev. Franzelli who doubles as the Emeritus Bishop of Lira Diocese, asked Christians to listen and put to practice Pope Francis’ message of protecting the mother earth, first, to fulfill God’s directive but also to enable man live peacefully in the world.
He said whoever fails to protect but plays about with God’s creatures sins against the will of the Creator. Bishop Franzelli speaking1….
The Bishop also called for effective communication approaches against loose and intimidating language that has threatened the institution of family. Bishop Franzelli speaking2…….
Bishop Franzelli later asked the school going children to have focus of their future by being consultative and disciplined before their elders. END
